Fettuccine - 180 g
Cheese - 50 g
Hot pepper - 1/2 pod

1. Boil broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes, no more. Transfer broccoli to a bowl of cold water for 2 minutes. Boil noodles in the same water until done. While the noodles are cooking, prepare the sauce.
2. Chop the garlic and hot pepper as finely as possible.
3. Chop the boiled broccoli very finely as well.
4. Fry the garlic and pepper in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil for 2 minutes, no more. Add chopped broccoli, fry for another 3 minutes. The sauce is ready.
5. In the meantime, you can grate the cheese for serving.
6. Drain the noodles, add the sauce from the frying pan to the pan. Mix well. Season the pasta well with olive oil to give the dish a silky texture.
