Easy Bacon and Cheese Pie

This is a simple and delicious quiche that doesn't take long to make. For this, a frozen pie crust, bacon pieces, cream and two types of cheese are used.

1 deep dish, frozen pie crust

1 can of bacon pieces

½ cup chopped onion

140 grams of shredded Swiss cheese

85 grams grated parmesan cheese

4 eggs, lightly beaten

1 cup half cream

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.

2. Place the unfrozen pie crust in a pie dish on a baking sheet. Combine bacon, chopped onion, and both types of cheese in a medium bowl.

3. Pour this mixture over the cake.

4. Mix the eggs half and half in a bowl until they are combined; pour the egg mixture over the cheese mixture.

5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 175 degrees Celsius and bake until the top of the quiche starts to turn golden brown, 35 more minutes.
