Turkey stewed with mushrooms and spinach in sour cream
Sour cream turns into a velvety sauce and gives the soft and juicy turkey a creamy taste, while mushrooms, onions and spinach complement it harmoniously. If you use porcini mushrooms, the dish will be especially tasty and aromatic.
Prepare all the ingredients. I have frozen porcini mushrooms, you can use any others, for example champignons.

Turkey (thigh fillet) - 400 g
Frozen porcini mushrooms - 150 g
Spinach - 40 g
Onions - 60 g
Sour cream - 160 g
Flour - 10 g (1 heaped teaspoon)
Vegetable oil - 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
Butter - 30 g
Salt - 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
Ground black pepper - 1-2 pinches

1. Sort the spinach, remove the stalks, rinse and dry. Rinse and dry the thigh fillet (or other part of the turkey).
2. Cut the turkey into small pieces. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Put the poultry meat in and fry for 10 minutes, stirring.
3. Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Add the onion and butter to the frying pan. Stir and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
4. Cut the mushrooms into slices if necessary. Add to the remaining ingredients. Stir and fry for 7-8 minutes.
5. Combine sour cream, 200 ml of water and flour in a bowl. Pour the resulting homogeneous mixture into the frying pan.
6. Salt and pepper. Stir and simmer under a lid over low heat until done, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Make sure it does not burn, add a little water if necessary.
7. Cut the spinach into thin strips. After a while, add to the turkey in sauce.
8. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes on low heat.
