Ингредиенты

Potatoes — 600 g (6 pcs.)

Hake (fillet) — 350 g (2 pcs.)

Onions — 80 g (1 pc.)

Sour cream with 15% fat content — 100 g

Hard cheese — 80 g

Lemon juice — 15 ml (1 tbsp.)

Potato seasoning — 0.75 tsp

Salt — to taste

Ground black pepper — to taste

Vegetable oil (for greasing the pan) — 10 ml (2 tsp.)

1. I used hake fillet, but you can use any fish with a small number of bones. If the fish is frozen, defrost it in advance. Sour cream of any fat content will do. I use potato seasoning, but you can replace it with any spices you like.

2. Cut the hake fillet into portions and place in a deep bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Add lemon juice. Stir. Leave for 10 minutes.

3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Peel the potatoes, rinse and dry with a paper towel. Cut the potatoes into thin slices. I used a special grater.

4. Add salt (0.5 teaspoon), ground black pepper (pinch), potato seasoning and half of the sour cream (50 g) to the potatoes. 5. Mix the potatoes well so that each slice is covered with seasoning and sour cream.

6. Add the remaining sour cream (50 g) to the fish pieces. Mix.

7. Grease a baking dish (mine is 20x20 cm) with vegetable oil and lay out half of the sliced ​​potatoes in an even layer.

8. Put the fish in sour cream as the next layer.

9. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Put the onion on top of the fish.

10. Put the remaining potatoes as the next layer.

11. Put the fish with vegetables in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes, until the potatoes are ready. At the end of baking, pierce the potatoes with a skewer or fork; if they are soft, they are ready. The time may differ slightly from that indicated in the recipe, since everything depends on your technique, as well as the material and size of the dish. 12. After a while, take the pan out of the oven. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and generously sprinkle it over the surface of the casserole.

Return the fish and potatoes to the oven for another 8-10 minutes at the same temperature until the cheese melts.
