Any fish fillet is perfect for this recipe, provided it is boneless. You can safely use tilapia, pangasius, pike perch or pollock. I used hake fillet.

Hake fillet - 500 g

Hard cheese (Russian) - 150 g

Eggs - 2-3 pcs.

Flour - 2 tbsp.

Salt - to taste

Pepper - to taste

Spices (optional) - to taste

Sunflower oil - for frying

Рецепт

1. Salt and pepper the fillet to taste, cut into portions.

2. Beat the eggs, mix them with grated cheese, add spices.

3. Roll the fish pieces in flour.

4. Then dip in cheese batter.

5. Fry the fish on both sides in a preheated frying pan with oil.

6. Fry until golden brown.

7. Serve with your favorite side dish. I have rice.
