5. You don’t have to mix all the ingredients, but rather put them in serving containers in layers: oatmeal, kefir with honey, and orange.
Put the oatmeal with kefir, orange, and honey in the refrigerator overnight and serve in the morning as a healthy breakfast. It should be said that half an hour to an hour is enough for rolled oats to swell, even the hardest and unsteamed ones.
