Adding honey provides the drink not only with sweetness, but also with a pleasant honey aftertaste. Prepare the necessary ingredients. I use cornstarch, but potato starch will do instead. You can use milk of any fat content, choose at your discretion.
Milk jelly with raisins

Milk - 500 ml
Water - 50 ml
Honey - 40 g
Sugar - 20 g
Starch - 15 g
Raisins - 30 g

1. Combine honey and starch in a bowl.
2. Pour in 50 ml of lukewarm boiled water and stir well until the honey and starch dissolve. Note that the water should not be hot - starch does not dissolve well in it and may form lumps.
3. Rinse the raisins.
4. Dry the raisins with a paper towel.
5. Pour milk into a saucepan, put on the heat and bring to a boil.
6. Transfer the raisins to the milk and add sugar, pour in the honey-starch mixture while stirring constantly.
7. Bring the milk to a boil again, stirring constantly. Remove the milk jelly from the stove.
8. Let the jelly cool completely. Pour the jelly into glasses and serve.
9. Also, after cooling, milk jelly can be kept in the refrigerator for 30 minutes - it will become denser and resemble a delicate pudding.
