Fried radish

An original side dish or a separate dish for the Lenten table.

Fried radish loses its characteristic spiciness, turns out tender and slightly piquant. Spicy herbs and dried garlic perfectly complement and highlight the taste of the dish.

Ингредиенты

Radish - 150 g

Salt - 1/6 tsp (to taste)

Dried rosemary - 1 pinch

Dried granulated garlic - 1/4 tsp

Dried thyme - 1 pinch

Ground black pepper - 1/8 tsp

Vegetable oil - 25 ml (1.5 tbsp)

Рецепт

1. Wash the radishes well, dry them, cut off the ends and green part.

2. Cut the radishes into large pieces. Place them in a frying pan with vegetable oil heated over medium heat.

3. Fry the radishes for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring.

4. Add the garlic, rosemary, thyme, ground pepper and salt to the pan.

5. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes to mix the flavors.

6. Serve the fried radishes as a side dish or appetizer.
