Salad with radishes, sausage, corn and eggs

Ингредиенты

Radish – 400 g

Smoked sausage – 200 g

Canned corn – 200 g

Eggs – 2 pcs.

Mayonnaise – 60 g (2 tbsp.)

Salt – 1/4 tsp.

Ground black pepper – 1/8 tsp.

Fresh dill for decoration – 2 sprigs

Рецепт

1. Boil the eggs hard (8 minutes after the water boils), then cool in cold water.

2. Cut the sausage into strips.

3. Cut off the ends of the radishes. Cut the radishes into half-circles.

4. Finely chop the dill.

5. Peel the boiled eggs and cut into cubes.

6. Put the eggs, radishes, corn and sausage in a salad bowl. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

7. Mix. Transfer the salad to a plate and garnish with chopped dill.

8. The salad with radishes, sausage, corn and eggs is ready to serve.
