Sandwiches with radishes and cream cheese

Slices of toast bread are first dried in a frying pan, then spread with cream cheese and chopped herbs and decorated with slices of juicy radish. The radish season is very short, so have time to enjoy.

White bread (toast) - 4 slices

Curd cheese - 100 g

Radish - 65 g (4 pcs.)

Greens (parsley and dill) - 10 g (4 sprigs)

Salt - 1 pinch

Ground black pepper - to taste

1. Finely chop the greens. Separate a few parsley leaves to decorate the sandwiches.

2. Combine the cream cheese and chopped greens, mix.

3. Add salt (remember that the cream cheese is already salted) and ground black pepper. Mix the mixture.

4. Cut the radishes into slices.

5. I have toast bread, I cut each piece into two halves diagonally.

6. Fry the bread in a dry frying pan for 1-2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

7. Spread the bread with the prepared spread.

8. Put radish slices on top.

9. Decorate the sandwiches with parsley leaves.

10. Place the sandwiches on a plate and serve.
