Milk - 200 ml

Cottage cheese - 150 g

Banana - 1 pc. (170 g, pulp weight 120 g)

Instant coffee - 3 teaspoons

Sugar - 2 teaspoons

Boiled water - 2 teaspoons

Cocoa powder (for serving) - 1/2 teaspoon

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients. It is best to use good quality instant coffee.

2. Peel the banana and cut into small pieces.

3. Place banana pulp in a blender bowl, add cottage cheese and pour in milk.

4. Add 1 teaspoon of coffee.

5. Beat the combined ingredients until smooth.

6. Now prepare the frothed coffee for the frothy cap. Pour 2 teaspoons of instant coffee, sugar into a cup and pour in cold boiled water.

7. Using a mixer at high speed, beat the coffee, sugar and water until a thick, stable caramel-colored foam is obtained. You need to beat for about two minutes.

8. Pour the banana curd smoothie into glasses.

9. Spread coffee foam on top.

10. Sprinkle each serving of smoothie with cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
