Fried chicken fillet with pepper

Rice wine (sweet) - 2 tbsp. l.

Sugar - 1/4 cup

Fresh ginger (chopped) - 1 tbsp. l.

Corn starch - 1 tsp.

Chicken fillet (cut into thin pieces) - 750 g

Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.

Red bell pepper (cut into strips) - 1 pc.

Small chili pepper (finely chopped) - 1 pc.

Chives (finely chopped) - 3 feathers

1. Dry the chicken fillet with a paper towel. Heat 2 tsp in a frying pan over medium heat. oils Add chicken pieces and fry on both sides for about 3 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Do the same with the rest of the fillet and 2 tsp. oils

2. Add the rest of the meat to the pan, add chili and bell pepper, fry until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Place the fillet in a frying pan with pepper, add a mixture of soy pepper, wine, sugar, ginger and starch. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 1 minute. Serve sprinkled with green onions.
