Homemade kefir made from natural cow's milk will strengthen your immune system, have a beneficial effect on the intestinal microflora, and quench your thirst. The drink contains a large number of lactic acid bacteria, vitamins B1, B6, biotin. The substances have a positive effect on the blood and nervous system, improve the condition of the skin, nails, hair, and help cope with stress.

Ингредиенты

Kefir 2.5% (“live”) - 1 glass

Homemade milk - 2 l

Рецепт

1. Pour milk into a saucepan and put on fire.

2. Heat to approximately 90 degrees. Don't boil! Remove milk from heat. Cool until warm (about 40 degrees).

3. Measure out 1 glass of kefir. Kefir must be “live” (with a shelf life of no more than 5 days). Fat content - according to your desire, the recipe uses 2.5% kefir.

Pour kefir into a saucepan with milk.

4. Stir. When the future kefir has cooled to room temperature, place it in the refrigerator for a day.

5. Homemade kefir is ready. Don't forget to pour 1 cup for fermenting the next portion of homemade kefir.
