Pasta with minced meat, mushrooms and cabbage

We’ll complement our favorite pasta with minced meat with mushrooms, young cabbage and tomato paste.

The finished dish will be more juicy, tender and aromatic. And tomato paste, even without adding spices, will make the taste of the dish bright and rich.

Ингредиенты

Pasta - 150 g

Minced chicken - 500 g

Onion - 100 g

Young white cabbage - 150 g

Champignons - 150 g

Tomato paste - 70 g (2.5 tablespoons)

Salt - to taste

Ground black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon

Vegetable oil - 30 ml (2 tbsp. spoons)

1. Peel the onion and chop finely. Wash the champignons, dry them, cut into thin slices. Shred the cabbage.

2. Fry the onion in a frying pan with heated oil for 3 minutes over medium heat.

3. Transfer the minced meat to the onion. Fry, stirring and breaking up lumps, until the minced meat turns light, 5 minutes.

4. Add mushrooms to the pan. Fry, stirring, 5 minutes.

5. Add cabbage to the rest of the ingredients. Fry until set, 3 minutes.

6. Add salt (1/2 teaspoon), pepper, tomato paste.

7. Stir. Simmer until tender, 5 minutes (depending on the type of cabbage).

8. In parallel with preparing the minced meat with vegetables, cook the pasta. Place the pasta in boiling water, add salt (1 teaspoon) and cook until al dente, 8 minutes.

9. Place the finished pasta in a colander and let the water drain.

10. Place the pasta in a frying pan.

11. Stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes over low heat.

12. Pasta with minced meat, mushrooms and cabbage is ready.
