Openwork yeast pies

Openwork fried pies can be prepared with absolutely any filling, but pies with eggs are my favorite, I made them this time.

Fresh yeast - 50 g

Water - 1 glass

Granulated sugar - 1 tbsp.

Vegetable oil, refined - 2 tbsp. l.

Salt - 1/4 tsp.

Flour - 200-250 g

For filling:

Eggs - 6 pcs.

Green onions - 1/2 bunch

Рецепт

1. Crumble the yeast, add warm water, add salt and granulated sugar. Stir the yeast well.

2. Add vegetable oil, stir.

3. Add the required amount of flour to make an elastic, not too tight dough. Cover it and place it in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours.

4. Meanwhile, boil the eggs, peel them, mix with chopped green onions and salt.

5. Punch down the risen dough.

6. Divide the dough into two halves, remove one for now, and roll out the other half to a thickness of 0.5 cm.

7. Using a glass, cut out circles from the dough. Place about 1 tsp on half of the circles. fillings.

8. Cover the other half of the circles and use a fork to press down on the edges to completely cover the pies.

9. Fry the pies in vegetable oil until golden on both sides.

10. Openwork pies are ready!
