Bean soup with spinach and sausages

Canned beans - 250 g
Milk sausages - 350 g
Spinach - 90 g
Celery stalk - 200 g
Onion - 100 g
Carrots - 150 g
Garlic - 10 g
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Olive oil - 30 ml
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Allspice peas - 5 pcs.
Water - 800 ml

1. Peel the onion, carrots and garlic and cut into cubes.
2. Cut the celery stalk into cubes.
3. Wash and dry the spinach.
4. Cut the sausages into slices.
5. Heat olive oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add onions and carrots and fry for 3-5 minutes.
6. Add sausages and fry for 3 minutes.
7. Add celery and garlic. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes.
8. Fill with water and bring to a boil.
9. Add bay leaf and peppercorns.
10. Add beans and cook for 7-10 minutes.
11. Add spices. Add spinach, cook for 1-2 minutes and turn off.
