Champignons – 300 g
Potatoes – 300 g
Carrots – 2 pcs.
Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
Onions – 2 pcs.

1. Wash the ribs, separate each rib individually. We cut one onion into half rings, grate the tomatoes on a coarse grater and place them together in a deep bowl. Salt, add rosemary and add ribs to the marinade. Leave for about one hour.
2. Heat the pan and fry the ribs until golden brown. Peel carrots and onions. Cut the onion in half, cut the carrots into slices 2 cm thick, cut the potatoes with their skins, and leave the mushrooms with their stems.
3. Turn the meat over and fry on each side. Add onions and carrots and continue to fry.
4. Place potatoes along the edge. Vegetables should be periodically salted to taste.
5. Remove the finished ribs, add mushrooms to the vegetables and fry until cooked. The cooking process takes no more than 40 minutes.
