Cherry pie
This is probably my favorite pie! I have never tasted anything tastier. ![]()

An excellent dessert for tea and to please guests! A traditional dessert for Europe and North America. Prepared from yeast, shortbread or puff pastry.
Ингредиенты
Shortbread dough - 450 g
Frozen cherries - 1 kg
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Starch - 3 tbsp. l.
Рецепт
1. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out the first part to the size of the baking dish, taking into account the edges. Place in mold.
2. Defrost the berries, drain the juice. Mix starch with sugar and then add to berries. Mix.
3. Pour the cherries into the mold and distribute carefully.
4. Roll out the second part of the dough and cut as you like, for example into strips. Decorate the top of the pie.
5. Bake the cherry pie in the oven at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes.
6. Cut the completely cooled pie. You can sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve with cream!
