I would like to suggest you make a simple cake without baking from these cookies; it turns out something like a lazy “Napoleon”. The Ear cake needs to stand and soak thoroughly, then it will be tender and tasty. So, I took these products.

Milk - 600 ml.

Egg - 3 pcs.

Sugar - 100 g

Starch - 2 tbsp. l.

Flour - 2 tbsp. l.

Vanilla sugar - 1 pack

Butter - 100 g

1. First, cook the cream. To do this, mix the eggs with sugar and beat lightly. Add flour and starch and gradually add milk without ceasing to beat.

2. Cook the cream for the ear cake over low heat, stirring constantly. We bring it to the point of gurgles, and then immediately add the butter and stir well.

3. Cover the cream with film and let it cool.

4. Now take the dish. And we lay out our cookies, dipping them in cream. Fill the holes between the cookies with broken cookies. Pour more cream and smooth it out.

5. Lay out the cookies in layers until the cream runs out. Don't forget to leave some cookies for topping the cake.

6. Coat the sides and top with cream, sprinkle with cookie crumbs. Place the cake in the refrigerator overnight.
