You can give yourself a little sun even on the gloomiest day by preparing Orangeade with carrot juice. And on a hot day, how nice it is to cool down with a natural homemade carbonated drink, decorating it like a tropical cocktail!
It's essentially orange lemonade, but with the addition of carrot juice. It turns out to be a very bright drink. You can cook it without following proportions, everything is entirely to your taste!
I indicated the proportions according to my taste so that you can roughly navigate the amount of ingredients.
Place the sparkling water in the refrigerator. I had the sugar syrup prepared in advance. It is prepared simply: bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil and boil for several minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let the syrup cool and put it in the refrigerator for storage. This syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time, about 2 months.

Рецепт
1. First of all, let's prepare the base of the drink, or concentrate. To do this, squeeze the juice from carrots and oranges. You can do this in a juicer, but I did it the old fashioned way: grate the carrots on a fine grater and squeeze through cheesecloth, cut the oranges in half and squeeze out the juice, helping yourself with a manual citrus juicer.
2. In a jug, combine two types of juice and sugar syrup, mix with a spoon. Since this is a concentrate, which we will further dilute with ice and sparkling water, the concentrate should taste sickly sweet. Therefore, we adjust the amount of syrup, focusing on the sweetness of carrots and oranges.
3. The orangeade base is ready, all that remains is to add ice and bubbles. This can be done in a common jug, but since the bubbles quickly evaporate and the ice quickly melts, diluting the drink, it is better to do this when serving it in portioned glasses. Store the concentrate in the refrigerator until needed. So, let's serve: pour ice into glasses or jars, filling it with about 1/2 of the volume, then pour in the concentrate (also about 1/2 of the remaining volume) and top up with sparkling water.
