Dashi broth

Ингредиенты
Water - 4 glasses;
Kombu seaweed - 20-30 grams
(2-3 plates measuring approximately 4x6 cm);
Bonito (tuna chips) - 1 cup.

1. Pour cold water over the kombu seaweed for half an hour, then bring to a boil and remove the pan from the heat. Strain.
2. Add tuna shavings - bonito and let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
3. Strain again. There are methods where tuna flakes and seaweed are infused together, this is especially suitable for preparing the second dashi broth, i.e. reusing them. Then they need to be used immediately or frozen for later.
4. Dashi broth is ready. Use it, for example, as a base for miso soup.
