I offer you this lazy lunch option - chicken broth with egg pancake noodles. The hardest part of all this is making the broth.

Chicken broth - to taste;

Chicken eggs - 2 pcs;

Salt, pepper, herbs - to taste;

Oil for frying - 2 tsp.

2. ... fry the pancakes on both sides. You will get 2-3 pancakes.

3. Roll it into a roll and cut it thinly.

4. Now all that remains is to “assemble” our lunch: pour the broth, put noodles in it. Salt and pepper to taste. When serving, add greens, I used cilantro. You can add chicken meat. It's better to eat right away. It is advisable not to leave the noodles in the broth for another day.
