If you think that you can’t cook pizza in a frying pan, then you are seriously mistaken. Today I want to offer you a recipe for a very simple and very tasty pizza that can be prepared in just ten minutes.
For the filling, you can always use a variety of sausages, vegetables, cheeses - in general, all the products that you have in the refrigerator. Pizza is a perfect snack for the whole family; time will fly by with a cup of tea.

For the test:
Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
Soda – 1 g
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Sour cream – 5 tbsp.
Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.
Salt – 1 pinch
Wheat flour – 9-10 tbsp.
Pepper, h.m. – 1 pinch
For filling:
Dry-cured sausage – 30 g
Dried meat – 30 g
Ham – 30 g
Champignons – 3 pcs.
Tomatoes – 1 pc.
Ketchup – 2 tbsp.
Hard and Adyghe cheese – 20 g each
Salt, pepper - to taste

1. Take a convenient deep container and crack in a couple of large chicken eggs.
2. Add sour cream and mayonnaise to the eggs.
3. Throw a pinch of ground black pepper into a bowl.
4. Beat the ingredients with a mixer. Add baking soda to the bowl.
5. Add wheat flour and mix the dough with a mixer.
6. Cut prepared deli meats.
7. Pour the dough into a frying pan, previously coated with vegetable oil.
8. Place ham, meat, mushrooms and sausage on top of the dough.
9. Slice a fresh tomato and place it on top of the deli meats.
10. Lubricate the workpiece with ketchup or any favorite sauce.
11. Sprinkle the future pizza with small shavings of hard cheese and put on fire. Cook the batter pizza in a frying pan with the lid closed for 10-12 minutes.
12. Transfer the finished pizza to a plate and serve, if desired, sprinkle with Adyghe cheese.
