Let's prepare the products according to the list. It is better to take cottage cheese 2% or 5%.

Cottage cheese (2% or 5%) - 500 g

Semolina - 60 g

Egg (small) - 3 pcs.

Sugar - 50 g

Salt - 1/4 tsp.

Vanillin (optional) - on the tip of a knife

Vegetable oil - for frying

1. Wipe the cottage cheese using a sieve or knead with a spoon. Add the eggs and stir well.

2. Add salt, sugar, semolina and vanillin (optional), mix. Leave the resulting mixture for 20-30 minutes for the semolina to swell.

3. After the time has passed, scoop out a portion of the curd mass using a tablespoon and form the cheesecakes in the form of round cakes. Then we bread them in semolina.

4. Fry the cheesecakes in a frying pan over low heat on both sides until golden brown. Then place on paper napkins to remove excess fat.

5. Serve sour cream, condensed milk, jam, honey or preserves with the ready-made delicious and tender cheesecakes without flour and semolina.
