Raisin compote

Everyone knows that raisin compote is a very healthy drink.

But I don’t really like compote made from raisins alone, I want to supplement it with something, to saturate it, so I cook it in this form, with dried apples or other drying that is available at the moment.

The compote comes out rich, dark in color, and it needs to be cooked not like fresh or frozen berries and fruits, but longer so that the raisins and drying have time to saturate the water! Add sugar to taste, and the less, the better in terms of benefits. Prepare water, raisins, dried apples or a little other drying, sugar. Boil water in a saucepan. Wash the raisins thoroughly in hot water.

Water - 1.3 liters;

Sugar - 2.5 tbsp;

Light raisins - 40 grams;

Dried apples or other drying - 35 grams

1. Wash dried apples too. Pour raisins into boiling water.

2. Also immerse the washed dried fruit in the pan, immediately after the raisins.

3. Add sugar to taste or 2.5 tbsp, as in the recipe. Let the water boil, turn the heat to low and cook the compote for about 8 minutes - during this time the raisins and drying will have time to give up all the most valuable things to the water, the compote will become rich in taste and color.

4. Let the raisin compote cool completely. If you like warm drinks, pour the compote still warm - I like it better cold
