Any berries are suitable for fruit drinks (lingonberries, cherries, strawberries, etc.), including chokeberries. Chokeberry fruit drink turns out to be very aromatic, with a tart taste; sugar is used to a minimum, since chokeberry is a rather sweet berry. It’s best to drink fruit drink chilled; if you don’t have time, you can put a few ice cubes in the carafe.
The word "mors" has Byzantine roots, where water with honey was called mursa. So “mursa” was transformed into the “mors” we know.

1. For the fruit drink, sort out the chokeberries, tear off the branches and wash well.
2. Place in a blender and puree until smooth. Chokeberry is a berry with thick pulp, so you can add 3-4 tablespoons of water to the blender.
3. The result is such a thick puree.
4. Add water to the berry puree - boiled, spring or from the tap.
5. Strain the chokeberry juice through a strainer to get rid of flakes of pulp and skins.
6. Add sugar to taste to the resulting fruit drink, stir until completely dissolved and put in the refrigerator to cool.
