Recently, salads with canned tuna have been very popular in our family.

As a rule, these are light and healthy salads with plenty of lettuce leaves and fresh vegetables. You can also add boiled quail eggs, baked champignons, canned corn or sesame and flax seeds to the salad. A serving of this salad completely replaces a light dinner. Healthy, easy and tasty!

Prepare the necessary products. Drain canned tuna.

Canned tuna in its own juice - 1 can

Quail eggs - 6-8 pcs.

Cherry tomatoes - 8-10 pcs.

Salad mix (arugula, corn, chard, lettuce) - 50 g

Sesame seeds - 0.5 tsp.

Olive oil

Lemon juice

Ground black pepper

1. Wash and dry the greens.

2. Hard-boil quail eggs, cool, peel and cut in half.

3. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.

4. Place lettuce leaves, tuna pieces, quail egg halves and cherry tomatoes on a flat dish.

5. Drizzle the salad with olive oil mixed with lemon juice. Add ground black pepper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

6. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
