Natural yogurt - 500 ml
Boiling water - 400 ml
Flour - 300 g
Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Granulated sugar - 2 tbsp.
Soda - 1 tsp.
Salt - a pinch
Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
For the curd filling:
Cottage cheese - 500 g
Sour cream - 2 tbsp.
Vanillin - a pinch
Salt - a pinch
Granulated sugar - to taste
For the honey filling:

1. Add eggs, sugar, and salt to kefir at room temperature. Beat with a whisk.
2. Sift the flour.
3. Stir so that there are no lumps.
4. Boil water and add baking soda. When the reaction is over, pour boiling water into the dough in parts and knead with a whisk. It should be moderately liquid. Leave for 10 minutes.
5. Then pour in vegetable oil, stir and bake in a heated frying pan greased with vegetable oil.
6. Made triangles with curd filling. Place the filling in the center of the pancake.
7. Fold into a triangle.
8. Turn seam side down.
9. Made snails with honey filling. Spread honey on one half of the pancake.
10. Roll into a tube and make a snail, securing with a toothpick.
11. Serve yogurt filled pancakes with filling warm with sour cream.
