1. Boil water and pour gelatin into a bowl or cup. Pour in hot water and stir lightly. Leave for 5-10 minutes for the gelatin to swell. Then stir again until it is completely dissolved.
2. Remove the seeds from the melon and cut off the skin. Rinse the pulp and cut into medium or small cubes. Place the slices into a deep container and add granulated sugar.
3. Puree with an immersion blender for about 2-3 minutes. You can grind it in the bowl of a food processor. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
4. When the gelatin mixture has cooled, it can be whipped. Puree again for about 2-3 minutes - the mass will turn into a foamy mousse.
5. Pour the mousse into glasses or cups and place in the refrigerator for 40-50 minutes. You can refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or leave overnight.
6. Serve delicious chilled melon mousse to the table and invite your family and friends.
