However, there is a little trick to shorten the salting process. To prepare lightly salted cucumbers in a bag, we will need the following ingredients: cucumbers, garlic, fresh dill, tarragon, bay leaf, allspice, salt.

Cucumbers – 1 kg

Garlic – 3-4 cloves

Fresh dill – 1 bunch

Tarragon (tarragon) – a couple of sprigs (can be dry)

Bay leaf – 2 pcs.

Allspice peas – 4 pcs.

Salt – 2 tbsp.

1. Wash the cucumbers, dry them and cut off the ends. The variety of cucumbers can be any, the main thing is that they are elastic and not overripe. Any cucumbers will do: long, short, with or without pimples.

2. Wash, dry and chop the dill. Peel and chop the garlic.

3. Place the cucumbers in the bag. It is advisable to use two bags - if one breaks, the second will remain intact.

4. Add chopped dill to the cucumbers.

5. Follow with chopped garlic.

6. Add tarragon, bay leaf and peppercorns there.

7. Cover everything with salt. To give cucumbers additional aroma and taste, you can add parsley, currant and cherry leaves, basil, thyme, marjoram...

8. Tie the bag tightly, trying to remove as much air as possible.

9. Shake the bag so that the spices, seasonings and salt are evenly distributed. Leave the cucumbers to pickle in the refrigerator for 3 hours, stirring them occasionally.

10. When the lightly salted cucumbers in the bag are ready, you can serve them. In addition, from these lightly salted cucumbers you can prepare Olivier salad, Tatar azu, cook solyanka, pickle, make a hamburger, etc.
