Ингредиенты

Tofu cheese - 240 g

Small zucchini (cut into thin slices) - 1 pc.

Onion (cut into half rings) - 1 pc.

Yellow or red bell pepper (cut into strips) - 1 pc.

Olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.

Whole grain pita flatbread (cut in half) - 3 pcs.

Balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp. l.

Soy mozzarella cheese (vegetarian) (grated) - 1/3 cup

1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 225 degrees. Dry the tofu cheese with a paper towel. Then cut into strips measuring 1x3 cm. Place the cheese in a bowl, add vegetables and butter, sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper, mix gently.

2. Lightly grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, place the cheese mixture on it and place in the oven for 10 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.

3. Stuff pita bread with this mixture, sprinkle with vinegar and sprinkle with mozzarella. Carefully place the filled pita halves on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
