Chicken piccata

Flour – 1/4 cup

Salt – 1/2 teaspoon

Pepper – 1/2 teaspoon

Chicken breasts, boneless, skinless – 4 pcs. (120 g each)

Butter – 1/4 cup

White wine or chicken broth - 1/4 cup

Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

1.Pour flour, salt and pepper into a resealable plastic bag. Pound the chicken breasts to a thickness of 2.5 cm. Place the chicken pieces (one at a time) in the bag, shake it so that the meat is covered with the contents of the bag.

2. Fry chicken breasts in oil over moderate heat until golden brown.

3. Pour in wine or broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
