Lately, I haven’t really liked bananas in sweet baked goods. But the pie, the recipe of which I want to share with you, is my favorite, despite the presence of banana
Fans of unusual pastries will appreciate the pie! Through trial (but not error!) I came to the conclusion that more basil is needed. I will list its quantity in the ingredients according to the recipe, and then it’s up to you to decide whether to add more.
To prepare chocolate pie with basil and banana, we will prepare the products according to the list.

Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 120 g
Salt - a pinch
Wheat flour - 90 g
Bananas - 1-2 pcs.
Dark chocolate - 150 g
Butter - 140 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Green basil - 20 leaves

1. Beat eggs with salt and sugar.
2. Add flour mixed with baking powder. Mix.
3. Cut the banana into half rings, basil leaves - quite large. No stems needed!
4. Place basil and banana in the dough. Pour melted chocolate with butter there. I do it this way: put chocolate and butter, cut into cubes, into a bowl. I put it on gas and, stirring constantly, monitor the mass. The main thing is not to overheat. If the chocolate has not yet melted, it is better to remove it from the heat, stir and let it sit for a while - it will melt in the butter. Before adding the mixture to the dough, it must be cooled slightly. Mix the dough well.
5. Place in a mold, the bottom of which is covered with parchment. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Checking for a dry splinter is mandatory!
6. Chocolate pie with basil and banana is ready. Let cool slightly in the pan, then on a wire rack.
