Coconut milk - 1 can (400 g)
Wheat flour - 200 g
Sugar - 140 g
Cocoa powder - 60 g
Coconut flakes - 20 g
Baking powder - 12 g

1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa and coconut. Heat the coconut milk until warm and pour it into the dry mixture. The milk must be warm!!! Mix well.
2. The dough will be medium thick. Place it in a mold greased with sunflower oil. If you have a pan, like mine, with a non-stick coating, then you do not need to grease it. The size of my mold is 21 cm. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Checking for a dry splinter is mandatory!
3. Chocolate pie with coconut milk is ready. Let cool slightly in the pan, then on a wire rack. Serve with milk.
4. Since there are no fasting people or vegetarians in my family, I poured chocolate glaze on the cake and additionally sprinkled it with coconut flakes, thereby adding more calories. Enjoy your milk and tea drinking!
