Since the porridge is mixed into the dough already prepared and the carrots are also pre-stewed and pureed, frying the cutlets in breadcrumbs and sesame will take a minimum of time. Simple and nutritious!
Carrot cutlets with millet

Millet groats – 150 g
Milk – 300 ml
Carrots - 2 pcs. (220 g)
Flour (optional) - 3 tbsp. spoons
Egg - 1 pc.
Salt - to taste
Breadcrumbs (for breading) - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
Sesame (for breading) - 2-3 tbsp. spoons
Butter - for frying
Additionally (optional):
Sour cream/yogurt/milk sauce - for serving

1. Wash the cereal several times until the water remains clear. Pour boiling water over it and leave for a couple of minutes so that the cereal does not become bitter.
2. Pour the cereal into the milk, add salt and cook for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
3. Cool the finished porridge slightly to a comfortable temperature.
4. Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes or circles.
5. Combine carrots in a saucepan with 2 tbsp. spoons of water and butter (10 g). Simmer covered for 5-6 minutes until cooked and soft.
6. During this time, the carrots became soft.
7. Puree the carrots with the remaining oil using an immersion blender until smooth.
8. Mix the prepared millet porridge, flour, carrot puree, egg and salt until smooth.
9. We form cutlets of any shape from a homogeneous mass. This quantity of products yielded 9 cutlets.
10. Roll the resulting cutlets in a mixture of breadcrumbs and sesame seeds.
11. Place the cutlets in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil.
12. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden.
13. Carrot cutlets with millet are ready. Place them on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
14. Serve the cutlets hot and warm, topped with sour cream, yogurt or milk sauce.
