This is truly a good classic combination, many people like it, such salads always turn out hearty and home-made. I added eggs and green peas to these two ingredients - the salad turned out great! I think you will like it too
Mushroom salad with chicken

Champignon mushrooms - 200 g
Vegetable oil for frying mushrooms - 5 tbsp. l.
Frozen green peas - 100 g
Chicken egg - 3 pcs.
Chicken (leg) - 1 pc. or 200 g already disassembled;
Mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Salt - to taste

1. Fry the mushrooms, adding salt at the beginning, in vegetable oil until they begin to fry, and boil the peas in salted water for about 5 minutes. Rinse the peas with cold water and dry. Cool the mushrooms.
2. Combine eggs (diced) with chicken meat.
3. Add mushrooms, peas, a little salt and mayonnaise.
4. Mix the salad and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to cool and soak.
5. Serve mushroom salad with chicken simply in a salad bowl or, if you are preparing it for a holiday table, give it a festive look by decorating it as desired. Enjoy your meal!!!
