Chicken with lemon and herbs is a simple, quick and tasty dish. All you need is a few herbs, a lemon and, of course, chicken! The amount of spices is entirely up to you. You can add more or less according to your taste.

2 половинки куриной грудки без кожи и костей

1 средний лимон, выжать сок, разделить

Соль и свежемолотый черный перец по вкусу

1 столовая ложка оливкового масла

1 щепотка сушеного орегано

2 веточки свежей петрушки, нарезанной, для украшения

Рецепт

1. Place the chicken in a bowl; Drizzle chicken with 1/2 lemon juice and salt.

2. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-low heat.

3. Place the chicken in the hot oil.

4. Add remaining lemon juice and oregano; season with black pepper.

5. Cook chicken until golden brown and clear in juices, 5 to 10 minutes per side.

6. An instant read thermometer inserted in the center must read at least 74 degrees Celsius.

7. Garnish the chicken with parsley for serving.
