6 white potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters

1 tablespoon minced garlic

Salt and pepper for taste

1 boneless pork loin roast

1 can of sauerkraut with liquid

2 teaspoons cumin seeds

Place the potatoes, garlic, salt and pepper in the slow cooker; stir to coat.

Season the roast pork with salt and pepper; put on potatoes.

Pour roast with sauerkraut; sprinkle with cumin.

Cook in a slow cooker over low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
