The key ingredients are bulgur and herbs in plenty, so it's important not to skimp and get good bunches of herbs.

Bulgur - 80 gr
Tomatoes - 2 pieces medium
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.
Juice of 1 lemon
Parsley - large bunch
Green onion - bunch
Black pepper
Salt to taste

1. Rinse the bulgur several times with water and pour boiling water so that the water is above the cereal at the level of one finger, cover with a lid / saucer and set aside for an hour, then put the cereal in a colander and let the water drain.
2. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes to easily peel them. After cleaning, cut into small cubes.
3. Finely chop the greens.
4. In a separate bowl, mix bulgur, chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, which was diluted in 3 tablespoons of hot water, chopped herbs, lemon juice, salt, black pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and you're done.
5. After combining all the ingredients, send the salad to the refrigerator to infuse.
