1 glass of water

½ cup white sugar

1 cucumber, chopped

6 lemons, juice

Make a simple syrup: Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat; Heat until the sugar almost boils and dissolves.

Place in the refrigerator until cool, about 30 minutes.

Blend the cucumber in a blender or food processor until it turns into a puree.

Pour the cucumber pulp into a fine-mesh sieve over a bowl; let stand until there are about 2/3 cups of cucumber juice in the bowl, about 15 minutes.

Mix sugar syrup, cucumber juice and lemon juice together in a pitcher.

Serve cold.
