4 tilapia fillets
2 tablespoons lemon zest
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 ½ teaspoons ground black peppercorns
½ teaspoon salt
1 pinch paprika or to taste
food spray
1 sprig parsley, chopped or more to taste
4 lemon wedges

1. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees C for 3 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, rinse the tilapia fillets and pat dry with paper towels.
3. Mix lemon zest, olive oil, garlic, pepper and salt in a small bowl until well combined. Rub the tops of the fillets, then lightly sprinkle with paprika. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Spread the fillets evenly in the basket seasoning side up. Don't crowd; if necessary, cook in batches.
4. Cook in preheated fryer until fish pierces easily with a fork, 7 to 10 minutes. Arrange fillets on a plate and garnish with parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
