2 whole lobster tails

½ can of beer

In a medium saucepan over medium to high heat, bring the beer to a boil.

If the lobster tails are still in the shell, cut the shell lengthwise first.

Place the steamer basket on top of the pot; put the defrosted lobster tails in a basket and cover with a lid.

Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
