Ингредиенты
Peeled raw king prawns - 650 gr
Garlic - 9 cloves (5 finely chopped, 4 grated)
Butter - 7 tbsp.
Panko breadcrumbs - ½ tbsp.
Lemon zest - 3 tsp
Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Ground red pepper flakes - ½ tsp
Dry white wine - ½ tbsp.
Juice of 1 lemon
Parsley - 1/3 bunch of parsley
Freshly ground black pepper
Рецепт
1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp and 2 grated garlic cloves; season generously with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.
2. In a small skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
3. Add the breadcrumbs and cook, stirring occasionally, until deep golden, 4 to 5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon lemon zest, season with a pinch of salt and stir. Transfer to a small bowl.
4. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. If necessary, working in batches, add the shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until completely pink, 2 to 3 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the shrimp to a plate.
5. In the same skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the red pepper and remaining 5 chopped garlic cloves and cook, stirring, until the garlic turns brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Add wine, lemon juice and remaining 2 teaspoons lemon zest and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring occasionally, until reduced by about one-third, about 3 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the remaining 3 tablespoons of oil, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the oil emulsifies into a sauce. Bring to a boil until the sauce thickens and coats the back of a spoon, 1 to 2 minutes. Add chopped parsley and stir.
7. Return the shrimp to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 2 minutes.
