This sirloin steak recipe is served with a very garlic butter that makes this steak melt in your mouth! I have never tried any other steak that even comes close to this recipe.

½ cup butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1.5 kg beef tenderloin steak

salt and pepper for taste

1. Preheat an open grill to high heat and lightly oil the grate.

2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; stir in minced garlic and garlic powder. Postpone.

3. Season both sides of each steak with salt and pepper.

4. Place steaks on preheated grill and cook 4-5 minutes per side. An instant read thermometer inserted in the center should read 60 degrees Celsius for medium rare.

5. Transfer steaks to warmed plates; Brush the tops generously with garlic oil and let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.
