2 cans of chickpeas, drain and rinse
¾ cup water
1 package taco seasoning mix (such as Taco Bell®)
8 taco shells

1. Place the chickpeas in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add water and taco seasoning.
3. Cook and stir until fully heated through, 5 to 7 minutes.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Mash the mixture to crush the chickpeas. =)
6. Spread the chickpea filling evenly over the taco shells.
