1 liter canola oil for frying or as needed

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs

2 packs of Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs Cheese Bites

1. Pour the oil to a depth of 5cm into a large roasting pan. Heat the oil over medium heat to 180 degrees C.

While the oil is heating, set 3 wide, shallow bowls. Fill them individually with flour, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.

2. Making a few pieces at a time, gently dredge the cheese in the flour and shake off any excess. Dip in eggs; let the excess drain. Roll in breadcrumbs to coat. Place on a small rimmed baking sheet or large plate. Send to the freezer for 15 minutes.

3. Fry the bursain pieces in batches until golden brown, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Lay out on a paper towel-lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining pieces. Transfer to a platter and serve immediately.
