Chicken breast - 4 pcs. medium
Butter - 30 gr
Garlic - 4 cloves
Cream over 33% - 200 ml
Parmigiano-Reggiano - 40 gr
Spinach - 240 gr

1. Rinse the chicken, remove the skin.
2. Melt half the butter in a frying pan and lightly sauté the spinach over medium heat, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the spinach from the pan, if there is excess liquid left, rub it.
3. Melt the remaining butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes on one side and 3-4 minutes on the other side, until golden brown.
4. Add minced garlic and fry for 1 minute more, then pour in the cream and simmer for another 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until the chicken is cooked - it is important to make sure that the cream does not boil.
5. Add 30 grams of grated cheese and all the spinach to the chicken with cream, after squeezing out the excess liquid. Simmer for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through.
6. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and serve the chicken with more sauce along with rice or potatoes, if desired.
