Ингредиенты

Pears - 300 grams;

Sugar - 3-5 tbsp. spoons;

Water - 1 liter;

Lemon juice, cinnamon or honey - to taste.

Рецепт

1. Cut the pears into cubes or slices, remove the middle or leave as you wish. Add them to water with sugar.

2. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

3. Compote can be served as a dessert with pear slices or strained.
