This recipe does not require hard-to-find ingredients, they can always be found in any supermarket or market. You can serve the dish with mashed potatoes, pasta or rice.
Chicken in garlic sauce

Chicken breast - 4 pcs. medium
Flour - 75 gr
Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Butter - 50 gr
Garlic - 10-15 small cloves or to taste
Chicken broth - 250 ml
Cream over 33% - 100 ml
Parmigiano-Reggiano - 30 gr
Parsley - a small bunch

1. Rinse the chicken, remove the skin, cut into small pieces.
2. Transfer chicken to a shallow bowl and sprinkle with flour. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken, shaking off excess flour, for 1-2 minutes, until slightly golden. (You may need to do this in batches.)
3. Reduce heat to medium and add butter. Peel as many garlic cloves as you like, chop and add to the chicken. Cook for 5 minutes until the garlic is lightly golden, stirring to prevent the chicken from burning.
4. Pour in the hot chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes until the garlic is soft. Add cream and grated cheese and simmer for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, if using, and serve hot with rice or green beans.
