In an exclusive interview with INC-News.ru, chef Alexander Grishko of the Seasons restaurant, which operates on the territory of the Sunrise village Park Hotel, spoke about an underrated Russian product - char fish.

There is one very underrated fish in Russia - char. When I was on the Kuril Islands, I was impressed by how this fish was prepared there. Peeled char is sprinkled with ground black pepper and wrapped in nori seaweed, thrown onto hot coals. It is cooked for about 20 minutes, 10 on each side, and then unrolled and made into a sauce based on rich sour cream, egg yolk and orange caviar of the char itself. It's incredibly tasty! That is why I decided to add char to my menu so that guests could share this pleasure with me and appreciate the fish at its true worth.

In addition, Alexander Grishko said that in Russia very little rhubarb is used, which ripens by the end of spring and bears fruit until the very end of summer. It has an extremely interesting taste and pleasant texture.
